The work week is long and very tiresome. When people get back from work all they want is to relax from the long day at work. Many people seek the solitude and watch TV or just take a nap, other use their time to do something in the house and of course there are people who take a long bath.

The day in the work area can cause your mind to block out, especially if your work involves a lot of intellectual involvement. In this case you have to find some sort of a relaxing activity that can help you unwind and relax your mind. Remember you can be tired physically and mentally.

Many people resort to taking a bath after the long day of work, because it works both ways. It relaxes the body and the mind. But you have to live a healthy life as well to take on the pressure of everyday, that means that you have to eat healthy and to live in a clean environment. But it is enough to eat healthy, clean your house and do jogging now and then.

To eat healthy just eat a lot of vegetables and fruit and less fat and sugar. I don’t think it is necessary to explain how to jog, but to live healthy you have to do a lot of cleaning.   1. Before you start open the doors and turn on the ventilation.
  2. It is highly possible that your bath tub has caught some mildew so for that you can make your own cleaner. Use the power of salt and white vinegar. Simply mix the together in a spray. If that doesn’t work you can try with using bleach directly on the mildew.
  3. Use a liquid dish soap, soft-bristled brush and a moist cloth to clean the walls of the bathtub.
  4. Use an old toothbrush to clean the soap dish of old soap residue. Just rinse with water and scrub.
  5. You can use ammonia with water to wash the faucets and to make them shine. Apply it with the same toothbrush you used to clean the soap dish.
  6. Sometimes there are ring around the drains and you will need to make a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and tartar cream to dissolve them. Apply it directly on the ring and wash away with water after a while. Basically that will make your bathroom shine again and less germ infested.
