  1. Make a stack of several paper towels (5 to 8 is enough) and place it on a flat surface. Place the fabric on the surface as watching the ink stain to be on top of the stack of paper towels. If you can determine from which side of the fabric the ink stain is on, then make sure to place it face down on the paper towels.
  2. Dampen a sponge with cool water and blot at the stained area until no more ink transfers onto the sponge and paper towels. Constantly check the paper towels and replace them when get stained to prevent spreading the ink stain on clean areas of the fabric. Rinse the sponge frequently by the same reason you need to replace the paper towels.
  3. Let the garment air dry. Avoid using a hair dryer or any other heating tool to speed up the drying process, as it will set the stain.
  4. Repeat step 1 once the clothing has dried, then saturate the stain with hairspray.
  5. Press paper towels firmly on the stain to absorb as much of the ink as possible. Most of the stain should be gone by now.
  6. Spray laundry remover on the stain and let it sit for at least an hour. Then launder the fabric as usual.
