Bubbling Potions

Every evil genius or mad scientist has to have shelves filled with bubbling potions and other vile things. While you can use many things to simulate bubbling jars of liquid, such as dry ice, not all of them are permanent or even long lasting solutions. Instead of that, try using a simple aquatic pump. You can get some cheap ones at any pet or garden store, and then just hook up the pump to send air into various large containers. Use a line splitter to make sure one pump covers multiple jars. Add food coloring to the water to make it extra scary, and try mixing in some ping-pong balls decorated to look like eyes. Poke holes in them so they do not stay floating at the top. Add some colored torches behind or beneath the jars for additional effect, and voilà!
