Clean After Work

When you come home tired and exhausted, but you need to clean your house, the first thing you will need to do is to take a little brake. Lie for 10 or 15 minutes or even take a little nap. Only 30 to 40 minutes will be enough for you to feel more comfortable and to bring back all the powers in your body. So, after just an hour or even less, you can get up and do all your home work and obligations. They will be much easier for you this way.

So, how your cleaning schedule could look like?

Going back home and going directly to the bed. Do not waste your time in front of the TV. This will be lost time for you, you won’t be able to get the rest you need and deserve and after an hour you will be even less motivated for your cleaning than before. In an hour, when you wake up, start whit the cleaning. Again, try not to be distracted by anything. Otherwise, you may feel a bit lazy and this will lose you time, which you cannot afford. After all you will have only around 5 hours after work that you can spend in your home and for this time, you will have to cook something, to clean and to see how the kids are doing.
