A Natural Homemade All-purpose Cleaner

Nowadays, there is a very large variety of commercial cleaning products available on the market. Most of them claim to be very powerful and easy to use and we tend to forget that back in times people were cleaning by using natural products only. They are not only much cheaper than store-bought ones, but they also don’t contain any harsh chemicals that could affect your health or cause environment pollution.
Here is a recipe for a homemade all-purpose cleaner suggested by Clapham cleaners.
If you expect a long and complicated recipe with a huge list of ingredients, then we have a surprise for you. This recipe is just as simple as it is effective. All you need to do is mix equal parts of distilled white vinegar and clean water. Pour it in spray bottles and shake well. You could store those bottles in a dark area for a few months and grab one of them every time you need to do some cleaning.
This all-purpose cleaner can be used to clean almost everything. It is ideal for windows, mirrors and other types of glass surfaces. You could also use it to clean almost all around the kitchen – counters, sinks, the refrigerator, the oven top etc. Could also be used to clean bathroom and almost all types of flooring such as tiles, hardwood and linoleum.
But what makes it a powerful cleaner? The acetic acid in vinegar works as a natural cleaner, disinfectant and deodorizer. It will not only clean all stains and kill germs and bacteria, but will also add some extra shine to the surfaces you are cleaning.
Not all types of vinegar can be used for cleaning purposes. You should choose one that is not coloured. Distilled white vinegar is the ideal ingredient for your homemade all-purpose cleaner.
Although vinegar is natural and therefore safe to use, you should still be careful when using it. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin and keep it away from children. You should also test your all-purpose cleaner on a small area of the surface you want to clean to make sure that vinegar is not going to harm it.
